Since earning my Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Austin Peay State University (Let's Go Peay!) and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, I've gained over 27 years of professional accounting and audit experience. I began my career in non-profit and corporate organizations, including FedEx, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before launching out on my own entrepreneurial venture.

Even more than experience, I have a passion for people and seeing them realize their dreams. Foster Financial Management was created in 2008 to help small businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals achieve their financial goals. I'm committed to helping small business owners realize their fullest potential without being overwhelmed with the day-to-day accounting obligations. I am also committed to helping individuals prevent or break free from the vicious cycle of financial bondage by learning and applying simple, biblical principles in their personal finances. 

Outside of work, I'm an enthusiastic wife and mother of two, and enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, crafts, cooking and photography. I volunteer and serve on the boards of several local organizations and serve in my church's marriage and counseling ministry alongside my husband.
